Planon partnered with Xebia to establish a long-term strategic Global Capability Center (GCC). What began as a small team evolved into a 200+ member strong innovation hub, fully integrated into Planon’s global delivery framework. The GCC now manages end-to-end product development, services, and support across all geographies and product lines. Designed for agility and scale, the GCC plays a critical role in driving innovation, reducing time to market, and enabling Planon to focus on core business expansion without capacity constraints. The GCC has contributed to Planon’s ambitions of increasing its customer base by over 50% and set a target for an annual growth rate of more than 15%.
