DSW focuses on the person as an individual, instead of opting for a group-focus. In order to keep these individual clients happy, it is of the utmost importance to provide a good service. Which means that within the company, clear communication and collaboration are key. Furthermore, it is important that all documents are properly secured.
Collaboration, But Then Simple
With Xebia's expertise, Google Workspace was set up in such a way that DSW can build up the necessary knowledge to manage their own Google environment. The previously used Lotus Notes was phased out, with minimal impact on daily work. Collaboration has become even simpler thanks to Google Workspace, and information is securely saved in the cloud.
